Professional Expertise

Paul has twenty-two years of experience working as a management development consultant. He has 20 years of work in counseling, training, working with groups and personnel management.

He has worked with a vast array of teams and groups in the corporate, non-profit and government business sectors. Throughout his tenure as the Director of the Warren Conference Center of Northeastern University, he managed over 40 employees and instituted the training and development department at the Center. As the Center continued to grow he was successful at elevating the operation to a profit-center for the University and eliminating the operating deficit.

Known for his easy-going and insightful style, Paul’s passion is derived from working with the human resources. His counseling skills, leadership ability and positive interpersonal style have been the cornerstone of his work in the world of education and human development. He is an accomplished public speaker and is quite at home in front of a group.

Presently, Paul is associated with Garnet Consulting of Reading, Massachusetts. Garnet’s work is focused on team development, training, organization assessment and development. In addition to his work with Garnet, he provides consultative services to non-profit board leadership in areas of strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. He is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® MBTI, and has experience with a variety of instruments and assessment tools. He is also a trained mediator with considerable experience in community consensus building.
